(Received July 1, at 12.45 p.m.) • Because the mayor (Herr Schmitz), who opposes Heimwfhr domination, refused to display the Heimwe.hr flag ' at the City Hall in honour of a parade of its motor battalions, the Heimwehr riot squad trained machine guni on the hall and hooted horns while th« vice-mayor (Herr Lahr) ‘ personally hoisted the flag. Prince Starhemberg was absent, being indisposed.
