Frank Hyde Campbell and John Alexander Colquhoun; representatives of the teachers of technical schools. Thomas Brinsley Bowring and Alfred Morris Jones; representatives of the teachers of primary schools —William Fulton Abel. Francis Albert Garry, George Frederick Griffiths, and Margaret Emma Magill.
