PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED (Pas United , Press Associatioh.} ■ WELLINGTON. June 27. According to a notice in the ' Gazette ’ to-night the following members haveito been appointed to the Teachers’ Appeal Board; —Cha'irman. Thomas Richard Cresswell: representative of the Education Department. Alexander Bell; representatives of the teachers of secondary schools. Frank Hyde Campbell and John Alexander Colquhoun; representatives of the teachers of technical schools. Thomas Brinsley Bowring and Alfred Morris Jones; representatives of the teachers of primary schools —William Fulton Abel. Francis Albert Garry, George Frederick Griffiths, and Margaret Emma Magill.
