Ltd., which was listed on the Auckland Stock Exchange, for th® first time to-day, has authorised capital of, £50,000, of which £35,000 has been issued, and paid up. The last accounts issued .were for the year, •nded December 19,. and showed =. a profit, after providing for all expenses and charges,-. directors’.fees (£500), and depreciation, of £5,935.” This was added to the balance brought forward of £1,660. After deducting the interim' dividend due of Is per share, paid in July (£1,750), there remained a credit of £5,844.
