(Received June 28, at 1.30 p.m.) Hundreds of holiday makers on the Sussex coast saw an Air Force machine strike the sea and sink off Selsey Bill. A lifeboat was launched and recovered the body of Pilot-officer N. D. Ashton, tho only occupant of the machine.
