TENNIS DANCE

Ne*fc Saturday night, at the Gardens Tea Kiosk, the official wind-up function of the Otago Lawn Tennis Association .will be held, taking the form of_ a 'dance. In addition to the presentation of the shields and cups won during the past season, an opportunity will be taken to farewell George Pearce, who is leaving shortly to take, up a business appointment in Wellington. Mr Pearce has been the leading player in' Otago for many seasons, and no doubt his many friends will avail themselves of this opportunity of wishing him farewell. The Savoy Orphans Dance Band will supply the music.
