A REPLY TO OTAP.Q [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, June 5. Commenting on .1 .Dunedin telegram re the hockey selection, Mr S. G. Holland, New Zealand selector, said that the selectors had a personal knowledge of the capabilities of the Otago players. While some members of the Otago Association might ; consider players worthy of inclusion in the New Zealand team, the selectors had other views. The selectors had advice from Dunedin regarding the players there, and the New Zealand team bad to be selected before the Indians played Otago.
