ACTION FOR DAMAGES CLAIM AGAINST NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT. Pres* Association—By Telegraph---Copyright SYDNEY, May 19. The ‘ Sunday Sun ’ says the owners of the Sydney trawler which was recently seized by the New Zealand Customs intend to institute ap action for damages, and also intend to continue to operate with another trawler named Olive in non-territprial waters off the West Coast, through Cook Strait, and down the east coast of the South Island.
