(Received May 20, at 10 a.m.) The police took Gutzeit to the Dutch frontier, where he was released, hut caused surprise by refusing to cross the frontier, and was again imprisoned. [ A message received on May 6 stated that the Dutch Government is asking Germany to. return a German sculptor refugee' named Gutzeit, whom the secret police allegedly kidnapped. A German policeman, who was arrested in Holland, confessed his complicity.]
