DOMINIUM FERTILISER COMPANY The annual report of.the directors of the Dominion Fertiliser Company Ltd., to be presented at the annual meeting of shareholders on June 4, states:— The business of the company ha* shown an improvemen - over the trad* experience of the previous years. Thi* improvement is reflected in the profit earned by the company. The unappropriated balance brought forward from profit arid - loss account last year was £2,329 9s lOd, and the net profit for this year was £15,925 7s lid, making a total of £18,254 17s 9d. .There ha* been applied in reduction of preliminary expenses and establishment , account the sum of £5,500, and the directors recommend the payment of a dividend' of 4 per rent., absorbing £9,622 7s 2d, leaving £3.132 10s id to be carried forward to next year. The directors to retire' in terms of the articles of association arc Mr James Fletcher -and Mr Tl; ■L. Byars, and both, being eligible, offer themselves ' , for fc-electioa.
