DENTAL AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES LTD.

[Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, May 17. The annual general meeting of shareholders in the Dental and Medical Supply Co. Ltd. was held to-day. The chairman of directors (Mr J. D. M'Arthur)_ presided. The chairman said the result of the year’s trading showed a net profit of £1,723 3s Bd, which, with £37 5s Id brought forward from last year, made £1,760 8s 9d available for dividend. The directors recommended the payment of a dividend of 2\ per cent., absorbing £1,444 19s, and leaving £315 9s 9d to carry forward to next year. Schall’s X-ray agency, which the company secured a little over months ago, had turned out very well for the first geos, and the pros-
