Tho Otago* Tramping Club held its opening social for the season at Haiiop Hall on Wednesday evening, when the newly-formed club orchestra rendered several numbers ,in a pleasing manner. A short humorous play was presented by six of the members, and Mr Balk read an interesting letter received from Miss Daisy Mackay, who has been holidaying at Kqipiti Island.
