The Dunedin Strolling Players gave another excellent of Reginald Berkley’s bright comedy, * French Leave/ in. the Concert Chamber last night. The well-balanced company undertakes an ambitious effort with this play, and it acquits itself with full merit. Misses Anita Winkel and Sheila Neilson, and Messrs Angus Gorrie, Douglas Skene, Reynolds Herbert, Bert Jones, and Douglas Dali are in the cast, and Mr Richard White scores as the producer. ‘ French Leave ’ will be staged again to-night, and the season will conclude to-morrow night.
