BADMINTON CLUB
• The annual meeting of the Dunedin Badminton Club was held in the Fuller Hall on Thursday, April 11. Mr L. E. Bullock was elected president lor the ensuing year. Miss Jaue Hay vice-president; Mrs J. D. C. Edgar, lion, secretary; Mr M. W. Reeves, hon. treasurer; and a committee of live consisting of Mrs N. -Buchanan, Miss G. Gallaway, Messrs W. Elliot, G. R. Dickinson, and R. Clapperton. After the meeting the president declared the courts open, and play commenced for the season. Those present wore:—Mesdames N. Buchanan, J. Thomson, R. Clapperton, L. Longbottom, G. R. Dickinson, H. Speight. J. R. Laidlaw, J. D. Charlton Edgar, Misses J. Flay, Brewer (2), M. Buchanan, B. Dawson, F. Macdonald. K. Orlebar, B. Paine, P. Stuart, and Messrs L. Bullock, Clapperton, Longbottom, S. -Armitage, L. Barrett, N. Bucliauau, J. D. Charlton Edgar, L. Burt, S. Dawson, G. R. Dickinson, J. R. Laidlaw, W. S. Goldsmith, C. B. Horne, 1:1. I). Kerr, M. W. Reeves, K. Kerr, L. R. Simpson, and L. M. Wright.
