ARRESTED IN FRANCE CONFESSION DURING INVESTIGATION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 11. The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Paris correspondent says; “ The fact that the German, Edward Bernhuber, was arrested of suspicion of spying three weeks ago is only now revealed, as is the fact that he confessed during the magistrate’s investigation that he ' wag a member of Germany’s espionage system. An Italian dancer who was friendly with Bernhuber says that the'man called himself an Austrian baron, and lived in luxury.
