(5.30 p-m.), 8,287 tons, Bradley, for Wanganui roadstead. MOVEMENTS ON THE COAST. Storm arrived from Bluff this morning, and is to sail to-night for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. ■ Waimarino arrived from Auckland, via ports, this morning. She is to sail this evening for Bluff, and is due back on Tuesday, sailing the same day for Timaru,. Lyttelton, and Auckland. Holmdale is due oil Monday from Wellington and Wanganui. She is to sail at night for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. Port Whangarei was scheduled to leave Auckland to-day for Dunedin, via Wellington and Lyttelton. She is due on Wednesday, and after discharge will load for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland, Pont Whangarei. Breeze is to load at Dunedin on Monday and sail for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui, Waipiata was to _ leave Auckland yesterday for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. She is due on Wednesday next.

INTERISLAND EXPRESS. The interisland express steamer Wahine reached Lyttelton from Wellington at 6.50 a.m, to-day. Passengers and mail for the south connected with the express. PORT FAIRY ARRIVES. After an uneventful voyage tho Commonwealth and Dominion Line’s motor ship Port Fairy arrived at Port Chalmers yesterday afternoon' from London via Cristobal, Panama, and Suva. She was berthed at the George street pier, and came to Dunedin this morning to discharge the local portion of her cargo. The Port Fairy left London on March 1, arrived at Cristobal at 7.50 a.m. on A fare) i 16, and cleared the Panama Canal the same evening. She arrived at Suva at 8.15 p.m. on April 3, discharged a portion of her cargo, and sailed again at 1.35 p.m. on April ,6. Crossing the Atlantic the Port Fairy experienced strong westerly gales, which delayed her for about one day. In the Pacific fine and very' hot and humid weather was experienced, and the conditions were favourable until the ship was off Cairn Campbell on Wednesday afternoon, when the wind blew very strongly from the north. Off Banks Peninsula the wind hauled suddenly from north to south, and continued fresh until arrival off Otago Heads. Captain F. Farmar is in command of the Port Fairy, and has associated with him the following officers:—Chief, Air G. W. Jinman; second, Air P. H. Pedrick; third. Air K. D. Morgan; fourth, Mr J. G. Dunn; chief engineer, Air A. B. Balfour; senior second, Air K. Stannard; junior second, Air A. Benjanmen; senior third, Air E. Dunkerley; junior third. Air J. C. Alackio; senior fourth, Mr J. C. Rattray; junior fourth, Mr C. H. Smith; assistant engineers—Air G. R. Thomson, Mr R. P. Darby, Air G. F. Booth; chief refrigerating engineer. Air T. J. Gent; second, Air A. Twhigg; wireless operator. Air A. H. Coxhead; surgeon, Dr I. C. Fraser. The Port Fairy is to sail to-morrow or on for Lyttelton and Bluff to complete discharge. ' TONGARIRO TO LOAD. To commence Homeward loading to tho agency of the Federal Company, tlie Tougariro readied Bluff on Wednesday from Oamaru. She is duo at Port Chalmers to-morrow to continue loading, and will sail early next week for Wellington and Auckland to complete. The vessel is to dear Auckland finally on May 2 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow. PORT CURTIS AWAY. The C. and D. liner Port Curtis, which reached Port Chalmers from Bluff yesterday morning to load frozen meat and produce, sailed last evening for Wanganui roadstead to complete her cargo for Loudon. ]

OiI.RELIANCE SAILS. The British tanker Oilrelianoe, having discharged a part cargo of bulk motor spirit from Russia, sailed at 1 p.m. yesterday for San Pedro. The vessel was detained in port on Wednesday owing to the absence of a Chinese member of her crew. THE NEW WAIRANGI, The Shaw, Savill Company's new motor ship Wairangi, from Brisbane in ballast after completing discharge at Australian ports, arrived at Picton yesterday morning to commence loading for London. WAIAIANA LEAVES COLON. The Waimana, which left Wellington' on -March 13 for London via Panama and Kingston, sailed from Colon on the evening of April 6. FORDSDALE SAILS. Having completed her Homeward loading, the Shaw, Savill steamer Fordsdale left Wellington 1 last Monday evening for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow via the Panama Canal. BUOY REPLACES BEACON. The Auckland Harbour Board advises mariners that Rough Rock beacon, in Rangitoto Channel, has been destroyed, and a new beacon will be erected as soon as possible. In the meantime the rqck is marked by a black and white horizontally striped conical buoy. WAIKOUAITI’S SAILING. The Waikouaiti, which came out of dry dock yesterday, was to sail this afternoon for Bluff, and Sydney, and Newcastle. She is expected to load at’the last-named port on April 20, and at Sydney on April 23 for Bluff. Dunedin, Timaru, and Lyttelton, She is due about April 30SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CARGO. The Union Company advises that the Kaifniro will load at Edithburg and Adelaide about the middle of May for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. IN RADIO RANGE.
