GUP TO WEROHIA GOOD HUNTING WINS FLYING The Hawke’s Bay Jockey Club’s Special Meeting was held in splendid weather. The attendance was the largest seen on the course lor some time and the biggest fields also faced the starter. The win and place machines were in operation. No change took place to the post, Father’s Choice winning comfortably from Royal Feast. Royal Mimic was badly drawn at the barrier. Speed bumped into Cullus at the start, the latter losing his rider. Souchong led early, hut Good Hunting and Speed soon went up. A great race ended in Good Hunting winning by a neck from Cyclonic.
