The temperature is fair, and currents are not particularly noticeable. St. Kilda beach is in fair order fop bathing, the sea being mild in temperature and very smooth. There are a few shallow holes, and a slight rip toward St. Clair. Tomahawk Beach is in first-class order for bathing, a smooth surf being unaffected by backwash. The temperature is mild.
