The Prime Minister received to-day the following cablegram from the Resident Commissioner at Rarotonga;—The lower group is experiencing an easterly storm. ' Aitutaki suffered 'damage id oranges and domestic crops and property ; Mauke, great damage to its oranges; Rarotonga, damage to all crops; Mangaia, no storm. The barometer shows a slight rise.
