KEEN COMPETITION Press Association —By Telegraph Copyright LONDON, January 17. (Received January 18, at 1.30 p.m.) At the wool sales 10,399 bales tvere offered, including 2,771 from New Zealand. A total of 8.688 bales of Australian and New Zealand wool was Bold. There was good home. and Continental competition. The bulk of the offerings was sold at late rates, but there were a, few withdrawals owing to the high selling limits.
