Sir Rollo Graham refused the summonses, and the King’s Bench up. held the refusal, tho Chief; Justica (Lord Hewart) ruling that the licensing Act was not applicable in • tha House of Commons. Costs were refused, Lord; Hewart hinting that tho Kitchen Committee’s funds might bo employed. ■
