Add to one part of Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry eight parts of Thomsons’ Soda or cold plain filtered water, and mix thorDESS^RT' TABLE JELLIES. Use only half the quantity of prescribed water, and make up the other half with Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. May be used in all red jellies of any flavour. - The fine strong natural juice flavour will overwhelm any existing chemical flavour in the jelly crystals. By the addition of Thomsons’ Loganberry the jelly crystals are converted into a food product instead of a luxury. After making, note the fine flavour, deep natural colour, and the general texture of the jelly. FRUIT, JAMS AND JELLIES. Add a quart bottle of Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry to an ordinary pan of any red jam or jelly. It should be added just prior to bottling and well stirred in. It improves the flavour, colour, texture, and the keeping qualities of the jam or jelly. OAKE ICINGS. Mix your icing in the ordinary way and add Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry until the desired colour is , obtained. . TRIFLES. Leave out the port wine or brandy and substitute Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry until the desired x colour is obtained. *■ ICE CREAM SUNDAES. Pour over t£e top of these Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. It improves the flavour, colour, and general appearance. FRUIT COCKTAILS. Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry imparts a hew flavour and colour ;to Fruit Cocktails, and improves t the palatability. * CLARET CUP. Make in the usual way, but with only half .the amount of claret, and make up the other half ' of the claret with Thomsons’. Pure HOMEMADE 7 CAKES.
