MIXED RINKS TOURNAMENT
The Otago Ladies’ Bowling Association played a mixed rinks tournament on the association’s green at Logan Park on Thursday last. ’Four rounds were played, each game occupying Ihr 25min. Results:— Section A.—Winner: Beecroft, Mrs Gregory, Gregory, Mrs Stewart (Dunedin), four wins. Section. B.—Buttars, Mrs Buttars, Gemmell, Mrs Gemmell (North-east Valley), three wins, one loss; Connor, Mrs Loudon, M'Govern, Mrs Thompson, (0.L.8.A.), three wins, one loss. Section tie: North-east Valley 6, 0.L.8.A. 3. Section C.—Thomson, Mrs M'AHan, Adams, Mrs Thomson (Anderson’s Bay), four wins. —Section Winners.— . Mrs Stewart (Dunedin) 22,- Mrs Gemmell (North-east Valley) 6. Mrs Thomson (Anderson’s 'Bay) a bye. The final, between Mrs Stewart and Mrs Thomson will be played after the holidays.
