RUGBY, December 13. v Art agreement has been reached at Paris between the French and British authorities, whereby British - aeroplanes on Imperial Airways routes to -India and .the .Cape will be enabled to. cross French territory via Paris .to Marseilles. . The signing of the Anglo-Italian air agreement ■ was also , announced in the House. of Commons yesterday, giving Imperial Airways the right to fly over Italy. In.consequence the journey from Croydon to Australia or the Cape_ will nbw .be made entirely by air, eliminating the two nights and a day hitherto spent in the train between Paris and Brindisi. .
