WEMBLEY CLUB DANCE

Now that the Wembley Club has become established, regular patrons can be seen each Saturday evening enjoying themselves to the full. The beautiful ballroom, with its first-class floor and comfortable lounge, together with the music of the Sports Orchestra and Schofield’s New Collegians for the oldtime and modern dances, considerably add to the enjoyment of patrons. The attractions include Monte Carlo and lucky spot dances, for which substantial prizes are offered. If the attendance warrants it, both halls will be thrown open to dancers. This dance has been highly praised by Christchurch visitors over the week-end. Patrons are asked to make preparations for the fancy dress night on December 8.
