OTAGO ASSOCIATION A committee meeting of the Otago Ladies’ Cricket Association was held on Monday, Mrs A. Taverner being in the chair. - . Correspondence was received from the Southland Association, agreeing to a match between Southland and Otago, to bo played on December 28 and 29. Notification was received of a New Zealand Women’s Cricket Council meeting, to be held on December 4. SATURDAY’S MATCHES. A Grade.—Albany v. H.5.0.G., at Oval 1 (Mr Cents and Mr Forrester); Planet v. H. 8., at Oval 2 (Mr Baltrop and Mr Idour) ; Grange v. St. Kilda, at North Ground (Mr Kelly and Mr Buttars) ; Albion v. Mooney’s, at Logan Park 2 (Mr Todd and Mr Jones). B Grade. —K.E. Foresters v. fnvicta, at Oval 3 (Mr Goldsmith); Y.W.C.A. v. St. George, at Oval 4 (Mr Header and Mr Marks); Green Island I. v. Roslyn M, at Oval 5 (Mr Duckmantle); Grange v. SELECTION OF NEW ZEALAND TEAM. A meeting of the Canterbury Women's Cricket Association discussed the selection of the test team to meet the English team, and decided to suggest to the New Zealand Women’s Council that the match between the North and South Island players be played m January and that the selectors communicate with each other by telephone to select the team. —Press Association.
