SHEEP BREEDING ENCOURAGED Fran Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, November 16. In order to encourage the breeding oi sheep for wool, the railways are reducing freight charges for wool sheared from German sheep by 25 per cent. A Government department, with branches, will control the distribution. The Government is urging people to eat more mutton, the price of which will be controlled.
