UNUSUAL TRAFFIC PROSECUTION [Pee United Piuses Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, November 16. Lewin Ronald ' Wehley, the cyclist, was charged with holding on to a car. Both pleaded guilty, and were ordered to pay costs. The police said, the offence was - a breach of the by-law. The cyclist had been seen by the police and told to let go. He did so, but later hung on again.
