A. German, Herr Keilhaus, claim* to have invented a new weapon which would deprive armed forces on land, at sea, and in the air of the power of sight. This weapon, it is stated, can project 1.000.000 candle-power flashes, capable of blinding anyone within its radius. “Which would you like, sir, flair cut or polish?” asked the barber of the bald-headed customer.
