CONDITION IMPROVED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, November 14. The Prime Minister’s condition today has improved. His medical adviser, Sir John M'Kelvey, expressed the opinion that there was no necessity for an operation, and Mr Lyons should ■be able to resume his duties within a few days.
