ADMINISTRATOR WELL RECEIVED ON TOUR [Per United X’ress Association.] AVELLINGTOX, October 8. The Samoau correspondent of the Press Association states that the Administrator, General H. E. Hart, has completed his annual visit to Savaii and Upolu. General Hart and party were well received at all the villages where stops were made. The reopening of the schools and provision for better medical facilities were the two principal questions brought up fob discussion by the people. The Administrator intimated that the medical service on Savaii would shortly be linked uj> by the opening of two more dispensaries, which would be in charge of native practitioners. Additional dispensaries would also be opened to provide for the requirements of Upolu. .Regarding the many requests for the reopening of the schools which were closed down during the Man activities, the Administrator said he would bo only too pleased to grant the requests as soon as the people in the villages or districts .showed him that they were again united.
