(Received September 27, at 11.35 a.m.) The ‘ Manchester Guardian,’ while disagreeing with Mr Dickinson’s “ crude antiwar sentiments,” pays a tribute to the liberality of the New Zealand Government, and says that the university statement shows a breadth of tolerance which is an example to the universities of Britain.
