STRENGTH IMPRESSES VISITOR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SHANGHAI, September 26. “ If war occurs between Japan and Russia, Japan will certainly be defeated, and that will be the end of Japan,” declared Dr Sherwood Eddy, the well-known Y.M.C.A. leader and lecturer, in tlffe course of an interview here. Dr Eddy said that during hia recent visit to Moscow he was deeply impressed with the strength of the Soviet military' machine, particularly the Air Force.
