JSir .Ernest Wild, K.C., was Recorder of London and High Steward of Southwark since 1922. He was called to the Bar in 1893, and was Judge of the Norwich Guildhall Court’ of Record from 1897 to 1922. He appeared in many notable trials and was Inspector of Metropolitan Special Con. stanulary. He entered Parliament in 1918 as member for Upton Division of West Ham, and continued to re present that electorate till 1922. H< was sixty-five years of age.]
