WORLD OPINION

AUSTRIAN OUTRAGE CONDEMNED BRITISH MINISTER’S DECLARATION (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, July 30. (Received July 31, at noon.) Lord Hailshani (Secretary of State For War), in a speech delivered during the week-end, referred to the feeling of insecurity and sorrow provoked by the murder of Dr Dollfuss, but said that fears that the history of 1914 was going to repeat itself were groundless. He said that the whole of the civilised world was united in condemning the dastardly outrage by the Nazis, and no country would have the temerity to challenge the opinion of the civilised world.
