In the House of Commons Dr Burgin (Parliamentary Secretary for Trade) stated that the negotiations with Poland for a trade agreement had not yet been begun, but it was hoped to start them next month. Dr Burgin said the action of the Danish Government in reducing the number of licenses for the import of certain British goods during the first four months of the present year had been the subject of representation to that Government.
