PETITION LODGED BY PRINCE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, June 11. The Foreign Secretary (Sir John Simon), in reply to a question in the House' of Commons, said that a petition had been lodged by Prince Henry of Pless with the Secretariat of the League of Nations relating to the alleged actions of the Polish authorities in taking possession of his main enterprises and estates in Upper Silesia. In accordance with the usual procedure in urgent matters, it would be placed on the League Council agenda immediately.
