PRUSSIAN CABINET
GENERAL GOERING RESIGNS TO DEVOTE ENERGIES TO DEFENCE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN. April 30. (Received May 1, at noon.) .General Goering, at his own request, has resigned from the Prussian Ministry of the Interior. Herr Frick will succeed him. General Goering’s resignation is due to a desire to devote his energies to the Air Force and Germany’s defence. General Goering thus surrenders command of the police in two-thirds of the Reich, which is the source of much of his power, but the secret police remain under his control.
