MOTOR REGISTRATION
NEW PLATES AVAILABLE MUST NOT BE AFFIXED TILL JUNE [Pm Unitbd Pkxsc Association.] WELLINGTON, May 1. The new motor registration year begins on June 1, but, owing to the rush which always accompanies the supplying of the new plates, the Post Office is following the practice of past years in making them available beforehand, fronx to-day. But they may not legally bo affixed to cars until June 1.
