—— BREAKS ARM IN JUMP FROM ROOF [Per United Press Association.l CHRISTCHURCH, April 28. Ted Fitzgerald (eight), when experimenting with a parachute this morning, jumped from the roof of his home at Belfast and fractured his left arm. He landed on a, concrete path 7ffc below the roof.
