BURGLARY CHARGES [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 30. A finger print found on the window of a house into which he is alleged to have broken is the chief evidence relied on by the Crown to establish one of the charges against James Perry in the Supreme Court. He conducted his own case, and did not give evidence. The jury has retired.
