Cheese (grated), loz. Yolk of egg, 1. Slethod. —Bub ' butter into the Hour to which the seasonings have been added. Add the cheese and mix with the egg. Roll out thinly, prick all over, cut into shapes, and bake about ten minutes in a moderate oven.
