Alterations for display Advertisement* must be banded in by 11 a.m. on the day, before they are required to appear. Advertisers in the country can remit pay* ment by Money'Orders or Postal Notes. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the ‘.Eyening Star ’ Advertising Office, but the Proprietors do not accept any responsibility in this respect Whilst every care is exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements. Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the non-insertion through accident or from other causes; and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable. even although such advertisement! may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary communications should bo addressed to the Editor, .and all communications relating, to matters of business to the Manager.
