Questioned on tho present position of the disarmament problem, Sir John Simon said that Captain Eden’s visits to Paris, Berlin, and Rome were of importance, but the Government was not yet in full possession of the views of all the Powers concerned, and he would prefer not to make a statement on the subject until his information was complete.
