IKE DEATH OF JUDGE PRINCE ACTION FOR DEFAMATION EXPECTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, February 20. A sensation has been caused by the announcement that the relatives of Albert Prince, whose mangled body was found on a railway line, intend to take action against M. Chautemps for defamation of the murdered judge’s character in statements allegedly imputing that Prince was possibly killed following a rendezvous with a woman.
