FOUR MEN KILLED Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ALGIERS, February 24. Burrowing under a street, two Arabs gained access to the Sidi Bel Abbes Bank and forced the strong room. Nightwatchmen detected them and called the manager and clerk, who surprised the robbers. The latter attacked the trio with revolvers, fatally shooting them. They then decamped after shooting a fourth European who tried to intercept their exit.
