It was stated on Friday that instructions from the Department of National Revenue have gone forward to collectors at Hahfax and St. „to release shipments of under 1,000 boxes. In the case of shipments of over 1,000 boxes there will be' regulated control lor two weeks. They will bo released gradually, so as not to cause seripus disturbance m the Canadian butter market.
