ARRIVED. —February 9. Waimarino, s.s. (11.45 a.m.), 3,067 tons, Prosser, from Auckland via ports. Waikouaiti, s.s. (noon), 3,926 tons, .1. Rankine, from Sydney via Bluff. I COASTWISE MOVEMENTS. ! Storm is due to-morrow from Bluff',, and is to load and sail the same night for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. Waimarino, which arrived this morning, is expected to sail to-morrow morning for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. Kini left Westport last evening for Wellington, Timaru, and Dunedin. She is due here on Thursday next, and after completing discharge of coal, will load general cargo. She is due to leave Dunedin on the Friday morning lor Westport via ports. Holmglen is due on Monday to load for Lyttelton. Wellington, Whangarei, New Plymouth, and Waikato. The Calm has been fixed to load at Dunedin on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The’ motor vessel Breeze sailed last evening for Timaru and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington, Picton, a lid Wanganui. : INTERISLAND SERVICE. The interisland express steamer Wahine readied Lyttelton from Wellington at 7.55 a.m. to-day. Passengers and mail for the south connected wit a the express. [ AVELONA STAR FOR LONDON. Fully loaded with a large cargo of New Zealand produce, including a quantity of chilled beef, the Blue Star Line’s Avelona Star was despatched from Auckland on February 3 for London via Panama. WAIKOUAITI ARRIVES. The Waikouaiti, which arrived from Sydney via Bluff at noon to-day, is berthed at the Birch street wharf. She is expected to sail again on Monday afternoon for Timaru and Lyttelton. TAMAROA COMING. The National Mortgage and Agency Company Ltd. advises that the Tamaroa, which sailed from Southampton on January 26 with passengers and cargo, is due at Auckland on February 28. She is due at Port Chalmers via northern ports on March 13, to complete discharge of inward cargo. The ship s loading ports after Port Chalmers have yet. to be arranged, but _ she will eventually sail from Wellington for Southampton and London via Panama on April 4. TARANAKI COMING. The next despatch from London for Port Chalmers direct will be the Taranaki, which sails on March 28 for Port Chalmers via Suva, and is to arrive here about May 11. WAIPAWI FROM THE ISLANDS. The Waipalii arrived at Auckland at 6 o’clock on Tuesday morning with a full cargo of island fruit from Fiji and Nukualofa for discharge at Auckland. The vessel unloaded and sailed on the following for Newcastle, Sydney, Fiji, and Nukualofa. THE MAUI POM ARE. The Government motor ship Maui Pom a re, which left Wellington for Apia and Niue Island on January 31,

is due at Lyttelton on February 19, and at Wellington the following day. THE WAIMANA. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Waimana sailed from London for Australia. After discharge in Australia the vessel will come to New Zealand to load for Great Britain. She is duo in New Zealand about the end of March. THE KAHEPO. The Karepo is scheduled to load at Adelaide and Edithbnrg about the middle of February, and she will complete loading at Melbourne for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin.
