EVENING STAR.’ J N STRUCT lONS as to the Insertion or Withdrawal of Advertisements in the ‘ Star ’ must be in writing. Alterations for display Advertisements must be handed in by 11 a.m. on t’ day before they are required to appear. Advertisers in the country can r-mit payment by Money Orders or Postal Notes. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the ‘Evening Star’ Advertising Office, but the Proprietors do uot accept any responsibility in this respect. Whilst every care is exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements, Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the non-insertion through accident or from other causes; and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisement'-: that they may deem objectionable. even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary communications should bo addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to ’he Manager.
