MISS HARTIGAN FOR WIMSLEDDN MELBOURNE, February 9. (Received February 9, at 10.30 a.m.) The council of the Lawn Tennis Association has decided not to send Hopman with the Davis Cup team. The council has decided to contribute £IOO towards the expenses of sending Miss Joan Hartigan to Wimbledon.
